Reminder: All agents that hang a Real Estate License at a Brokerage in the City of Mesquite are required to join the MREA, as long as the Brokerage is also a member of MREA.
The MREA membership application fee is $250.00 for an individual member.
Yearly membership dues are $100.00.
New member dues may be prorated for the current year depending on what month you join; Jan - Mar = $75, Apr - Jun = $50, Jul - Sep = $25, Oct - Nov = 0.00. December joiners will pay $100 for the following year dues.
Please note: The application fee and the yearly dues DO NOT cover the costs of a SUPRA key lease or your MLS access.
Also the NSF Check Policy for insufficient funds is a $50.00 charge.
