If you would like to
join or are in the process of joining the MREA, then you
have come to the right page.
Reminder:
All agents that
hang a Real Estate License at a Brokerage in the City of
Mesquite are required to join the MREA.
The MREA
membership application fee is $250.00 for an individual
member.
The application
fee for a Brokerage Office or Developer is $2500.00.
Thereafter yearly
membership dues are $100.00. New member dues may be
prorated for the current
year depending on what month you join.
Jan - Mar =
$75 Apr - Jun = $50 Jul - Sep = $25 Oct -
Nov = 0.00 December joiners will pay $100 for the
following year dues.
Please note: The
application fee and the yearly
dues DO NOT cover the costs of a SUPRA key lease or your MLS
access.
Also the NSF
Check Policy for insufficient funds is a $50.00 charge.
Please complete
the application and include copies of your
Real Estate
License,
Mesquite Business Licence and proof of
GLVAR
membership. Submit your application to the MREA office or
to Natalie Hafen @ ERA.
