Following is an overview of the application process and fees:
- Complete the correct application below and submit to MREA along with payment of setup fees and prorated dues.
> Setup Fee: $250 per licensee (one time fee).
> Annual Dues: $100/Agent - $75/Appraiser - $50/Affiliate (prorated).
> Annual Dues: $25 per administrative user (not prorated).
> Membership fees are prorated. Please call the office to get the current fee for your membership.

> All members must be licensed in the City of Mesquite.
> All Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Brokerages must have a physical commercial address within the Mesquite City limits.
> All applications must be completely filled out with all required documentation before you will be considered for membership. - Once your membership is approved, you should contact the MLS Provider for access to the MLS www.RealtyProMLS.com.
> The MLS Provider has separate fees which you pay directly to the MLS Provider by credit card or check.
> Setup Fee: $250 per office (one time fee).
> Single Broker Office Fee: $150 per broker (every 6 months)
> Licensed Agent Fee: $102 per licensee (every 6 months)
> Appraiser Fee: $180 per office (every 6 months)
> Billing is prorated January-June & July-December. Contact MLS Provider for exact amounts.

This form is to be filled out when establishing a new Real Estate Brokerage in Mesquite with MREA. |
Change of Broker Application |
This form is to be filled out if you have a new broker for an existing MREA Brokerage. |
| Agent Application | This form is to be filled out if you are a new Real Estate Agent in Mesquite and have joined an existing Brokerage |
| Property Manager | This form is to be filled out if you are joining a Brokerage as a Property Manager ONLY. If you are also a licensed real estate agent, please fill out the Agent application. |
| Appraiser Application | This form is to be filled out if you are a licensed appraiser wanting to join the MREA. You must be licensed in the City of Mesquite |
| Affiliate Application | This form is to be filled out if you are not a licensed Real Estate Agent and do not need access to the MLS. For example, mortgage broker or title insurance salesperson. |
| MLS Agreement | This form is to be filled out by all Agents, Brokers and Appraisers |
| MLS Agreement for Administrative User Only | This form is to be filled out if you are an assistant to an Agent, Broker or Brokerage office and need access to the MLS. Must be approved by the Broker. |
